The Quality of Our Training
We provide high quality training for each of our carers before ever putting them in front of a service user. A typical 3-day training period is described below. Note that the training of our carers is incredibly important to us, and excellence in all aspects of this training is the minimum we will accept.
Day One
The first day of training addresses the most basic issues and lays the groundwork for days 2 and 3. Topics covered include:
